Delivery Policy

Orders are dispatched between 1 - 2 business days (dependent on time of order and stock availability).

Our post is sent out each business day at 12pm, orders placed for express post after 12pm will not leave until the next business day. We ship via Australia Post and Aramex Couriers.

Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your items if you live rural.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing Australia Posts or the courier’s name and your tracking number, if available. You will receive updates along the way, plus you can keep track of your order by logging into Australia Post or the courier's website tracking.
