How do I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing Australia Posts or the courier’s name and your tracking number, if available. You will receive updates along the way, plus you can keep track of your order by logging into Australia Post or the courier's website tracking.

What if I receive a faulty item? If you receive a faulty product, please call us immediately via phone or email and we will sort this out right away for you.

What happens to my personal information? Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned!
